The state of education in other countries is a little fuzzy right now. So, let's get the school names and bits of information down, here.
Here's what we have so far, as far as I know.
Europe
Eastern Europe:
Durmstrang

- Located in Estonia(?)
- Primary languages are German, Russian. Also, Bulgarian, Estonian...
France:
Beauxbâtons

Lycée Abramelin

- Generally, more affordable/less posh than Beauxbâtons
Germany:

- a few are sent to foreign schools such as Hogwarts, Beauxbatons, and the Italian School With the Really Long Name
Scandinavia:
Scandinavian School of Sorcery
- Co-educational
- accepts students from Finland, Iceland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden (translation charms are taught the first year!)
- expensive, but no restrictions based on blood
Runeskole
- Norwegian day school for poorer Norwegian families
- about 50 people usually enrolled, with advancement by skill instead of age
Taikakoulu Kuopiossa
- Co-educational
- Located in or around Kuopio, Finland
- Classes taught in Finnish (most Swedish-speaking Finns probably go to the Scandinavian School of Sorcery)
Switzerland
Rhotagne School of Magic
- Co-educational
- Located in the Pennines Alps
- Primary languages are German, French, and Italian
North America
Canada:
Québec School of Magic
- Located in Québec City

Yuko School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

- Incorporates indigenous magical traditions at the professors' discretion.
United States:
Salem Witches' Institute
- Located in Salem, MA
- Females only
- Roommates and dormitories assigned alphabetically
- Has a Prefect and Head Girl system
Clandestor Academy for Wizards and Witches
- Located in Northern California, in the Sierra Nevada
- Co-educational
- Admits grades 6-12
- Several different buildings, incl: dormitories for boys and girls, cafeteria, library, and "a few" buildings for classes.
- Dormitories are in doubles, triples, and quads. Rooms are assigned, but if you are a junior or senior in good standing, you are allowed to choose your roommates.
New York School of Magic
- Co-educational
- Day school
Asia
India:
British School of Magic
- Co-educational
- Located in Bombay
- Classes taught primarily in English and Hindi
There are also a number of smaller, older magical schools in India, many of them based to some extent on religion or caste.
Japan:
Nippon Academy of Magic
- Co-educational
- Located on Hokkaido
- Dormitories are two people to a room, obviously by gender.
