Description

 

Lisa stands at 5'6" which is a mere inch shorter than her brother Sturgis.  Her blonde hair is long and usually worn loose, unless she's at Qudiditch Practice.  She has brown eyes and is in excellent shape.   Even though she is normal height for a female, she has the mannerisms of a scared gosling which make her seem slightly smaller than she is.  For her body size, she has relatively long legs.

 

She has started dressing better after she left school, many of her clothing has been bought when she has been out with either Charissa or Jane.  This is due to 1. having money and 2. having money.  She dresses for comfort when she is at home, normally changing into pajamas when she's at home, but she always puts on something more appropriate when she's out.

 

She always has worn makeup and is rarely seen outside Quidditch practice without at least some eyeliner and lipstick on. 

 

 

Character History

 

Lisa is the second oldest of the four Podmore children and the only girl. Her father was a Muggle and her mother was disowned by her pureblood family.  Both of her parents are deceased. 

 

Lisa has dated both Crispin Switch (in her sixth and seventh year) and dated and lived with Victor Stanton (seventh year and until the spring of 1981).  Both ended not well.  She is now seeing Alastor Gumboil, depsite the age difference between the two.

 

She is best friends with Jane Murray and Charissa Tugwood.  She became friends with Chad Poke during their Sorting.  She stepped back and onto his foot (they were between some really awesome people, let's leave it at that) and the two have been friends ever since.  She is also friends with Logan MacCaw.

For Player Knowledge (FPK)

 

Lisa is a relatively quiet person, she does not go out of her way to make friends, but she is also not impolite, especially since she has spent so much time with Charissa.    She comes of as extermely shy and slightly rude perhaps if you don't know her because she is not the type to start a conversation although if one is started with her, she will talk to the person.   However, she has gotten more and more comfortable being in her own skin and her confidence has begun to grow a little more, she's not as painfully shy as she once was.

 

She's good at fixing things and wizard's chess.  She's forgetful which may or may not be a result from being Obliviated too many times by William Bletchley who liked to mess with her at school.  He is less likely to do so after Charissa 'spoke to him' and now that she's 'friends' with Dan, Palamon, and Bertram.  

 

Lisa does not go out of her way to talk to Dan, Palamon, Bertram, et all - they're the ones who usually try to find her.  They make her less uncomfortable than they used to.

 

This is extreme FPK - after her mother died and while Sturgis was at school, Lisa was abused by their next door neighbor who would keep an eye on the children.  Lisa has admitted this to no on but Charissa and Jane, she did this on the same night that Charissa admitted that her mother abuses her.  (Known as the night the wangst hit the fan.)

 

Lisa has been known for some physical violence, only when she feels like she is being pushed and pushed and has no other way to react.  She does badly under pressure, she normally snaps and takes it out on everyone else.    She is also extremely easy to push in one direction or another and easy to manipulate.  She has problems saying no to the slightest request to something larger, even if she doesn't want to do it and once she says yes, she has trouble backing out of things, even if it is going to be something she hates.
