Description

Gwenog is a tiny girl, who at eleven is very obviously athletic looking. She has dark wavy hair and blue eyes. She very much looks like a member of the Jones family.

Character History

Gwenog is the only child of Mina and Achilles Jones. She is the sweetheart of the Jones family, being the youngest of her generation, born long after many of her cousins were well into their Hogwarts careers. She had a very happy childhood and follows Quidditch religiously. She follows the Harpies and the Wasps (but only out of family loyalty). Almost Sorted into the other houses, the hat decided on Gryffindor.

She has a mouth that doesn't stop and is actually brave enough to find her Flint cousins and then talk to them. And talk. And talk a little bit more.

One: What characters should know about your character. What they infer from that is up to them.

Gwenog Jones is the very loud shin kicker of the Gryffindor variety. She's the first year who gives the contraception speeches and has a lot to say. She also works for Murdag Gibbon and will not let you get away with NOT paying her if she ran an errands for you (unless you are Palmer, Julia, Octavian, or Brion). She is also somehow related to the Flints, but since the Joneses tend to refer as extended relatives as 'cousins' this could be taken as a very generic or far fetched relation, as Gwenog herself sometimes forgets that she's not related to Octavian. Although, Octavian discussed this with her and she's tried to keep it down.

Gwenog is the adoring fangirl and defender of the Winbourne Wasps and Holyhead Harpies. Those are her two teams. When they play one another, she goes for the Wasps, as there is family on that team (Fabian and Calypso).

She is very much a Jones. She's one of the only group of first cousins in the Jones family, her first cousin is Gretchen, since Miranda is dead and she refuses to call Cyrano family. She absolutely adores Gretchen and quite often refers to her as Gretchie. (Hey, being the youngest and cutest often works.)

Her mother disappeared over hols and she angsted about it for several days. She was grief sat by Octavian, Leigh, and Imogene Jacobs. She played at Imogene Jacobs house on the Atari.

She is fairly outspoken and is back to her old self, so it seems. She has a toad named Gobstone, WHO IS REALLY A TOAD.

She is VERY BEST FRIENDS FOREVER with Aerwyn, her roommate. She bothers Giulia but still loves her desperately, as she also does with Primrose. She can be found teasing and being teased back by Dunbar (it's all in good fun, really). And she and Heathcote Barbary do not get along at all. Ever. And they probably never will.

Gwenog is not completely over the loss of her mother and her father isn't taking it well either. He had to go to St Mungo's for a few days after she disappeared and is still not back to his old self.

Eleven year olds really don't have any secrets.
