The Jugson family is full of very pure proud Gryffindors with quite a bit of money. (Her father and grandfather are Simon and Alfred Jugson, the ambassadors to Portugal and Spain.) Cecilly sees herself as a princess, and does not like to be knocked off of her metaphorical throne. She can be friendly if one tolerates her delusions. She thinks Quidditch is savage and that women shouldn't play it, and the same with any job that requires one's hands to get dirty. Reads a lot, and won't walk very far to do anything besides attend classes. Also only eats sweets that her brother sends her. Has yet to make any explicit comments about blood-status, but has certainly made veiled comments if any "uncivilised behaviour" was perpetrated by a known Muggleborn.
